We ship via USPS Priority mail. However, we may at our discretion upgrade to another carrier at no charge to the customer.

Please refer to our shipping rules and for any special notes directly on the item. On average, we ship ready made items within 5-7 days. We currently are shipping from Florida.

Due to the delicate nature of our items, we are unable to refund, return nor exchange. To ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience please feel free to contact us with any inquiries about an item or to request additional pictures. Any return issue will be handled on a case by case basis
