SHIPPING POLICY
We ship via USPS Priority Insured mail with tracking. We reserve the right to upgrade shipping to another carrier at any time at no cost to the customer.
Processing time: Once a purchase is made, all payments go through a pending period as payment processes from your bank to ours. The pending period usually lasts between 3-5 business days and exists to protect our customers and us from fraudulent activity. This processing time does not include the transit time during shipping.
Rush orders are not available at this time.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the delicate nature of the items we sell, we do not accept refunds, returns nor exchanges. You are encouraged to contact us with any questions. We can provide additional pictures at your request.
